"10/10 on all fronts"
10/10 on all fronts. Nelson City TOP 10 Holiday Park is budget-priced but in no way makes you feel cheaply treated. Whether you are staying in one of the motel units, or a kitchen cabin, or a basic cabin, everything is comfortable and spotlessly clean (communal facilities included). It is in walking distance of downtown Nelson but in a quiet haven, and the staff smile. Accommodation providers, this is how to do it. As a place to stay, it holds its own against more upmarket establishments. I don’t know why anyone stays anywhere else!
"Best camping site of the whole trip"
Absolutely the best powered camping site for our campervan during the whole trip. The bathroom, toilet, and kitchen facilities are clean, smells nice and it is located close to the town.

A++++++ EXCELLENT highly recommend, clean beautiful rooms that smell great, and have EVERYTHING set up, you don’t need to go and buy anything apart from food. Staff are so kind, we were 3 hours late stuck with others because of a car crash. The staff put our lights on and heater on and left a key out, it was just like coming home. Everything here is perfect!
"A wonderful time"
We had a wonderful weekend, even when we were just relaxing in the park. The outdoor eating area was awesome. The young couple from Leeds were fantastic! They mentioned the TOP 10 club and then helped us join up. They were cheerful and helpful all weekend. We had a wonderful time.
"Exactly what the doctor ordered"
Scrupulously clean. Nice people. Pleasant surroundings. Exactly what the doctor ordered. We were here for a hospital appointment and were able to stroll across a park to get there. Great fish and chips at Giuseppe’s in Victory Square too.

Great place to stay! Great location close to Nelson city. Dog friendly with approval of camp staff. Facilities all clean and in good condition. There are currently improvements being done—not that they were needed! Friendly helpful staff.
"Gives you the opportunity to meet people"
So handy to everything, all the information available in the reception, whole place clean and tidy. Our two weeks holiday in the top half of the South Island would go down as one of the best. Staying in these parks gives you the opportunity to meet people in the kitchen, dining room which is missing when staying in motels.

The rooms are good value: clean, well set up, plenty of space. The holiday park is close to local shops and is only a short walk into the centre of town. The staff were friendly and very helpful. I would happily stay here again!
"Clean, tidy, and well maintained"
Had a lovely one night stay here. The manager on duty when I checked in, Jason, was very knowledgeable in recommending places to eat and things to do. I booked a powered campervan site. Easy to navigate to and use. The sites were clean, tidy, and well maintained.

We had to organise our trip at very short notice, booking was easy and when our ferry was late, the staff made arrangements to accommodate our later arrival. The room we had booked was excellent, great value for money, and clean and tidy. The facilities we used were all good as well, staff were friendly and helpful, and we certainly appreciated the non-discrimination at this park, which allowed us to attend a very important funeral.

We loved our stay at Nelson City TOP 10. It is clean and compact and has all the facilities needed. It is central to the city and other activities. But the staff made it even better, they were friendly and helpful.

Very central to a lot of locations, and great friendly service with lovely rooms. We would happily stay here again and would highly recommend this place to anyone looking to stay and explore the real Nelson.

Feels like a visit by your family. We enjoyed our time in Nelson City TOP 10 Holiday Park. It was a great time. Site is not far away from the city centre. Good base to visit Nelson and the sights around the city. Nice place to be.

Good stay for one or more nights near city Nelson. Friendly reception. Very helpful. Nelson has a beautiful park in the city you must visit. Very quiet and beautiful trees and plants. Good restaurants.

Another pristine TOP 10. Friendly and helpful staff and great clean facilities. The kids enjoyed the eScooters and rental price was fair.

We are retired and found access very good to our kitchen cabin. Accommodation was comfortable. Facilities clean and tidy. Would recommend as a place to stay though you would need to use public transport to get into town.
