We here at Nelson City TOP 10 want to assure you – our valued guests that we are doing all that we can to ensure your health and safety while staying with us and have implemented many things to beat this retched virus. Along with your cooperation we can unite together so that we can return to our new normal and enjoy all the things that we love to do with the people we love doing it with.
We are currently operating a ‘contactless check in’ procedure. We are asking all our guests to make advanced bookings, either by phone, email or online so that we know you are coming and can make the necessary arrangements. We are struggling with the fact that we are unable to offer the quality service that we strive to, however we have to put everyone’s health and safety first.
We will update this procedure as we move down the Alert Levels.
Reduced Reception Hours & Service
Our reception may not be manned at all times, however we are onsite and are available to assist you wherever we can. Please use the ‘after hours’ pager if you require assistance.
When our reception is open we will have to restrict the number of people who can be in there at once – please respect the 2 metre social distancing rule and if necessary stand where we have indicated. We want you to be safe.
Due to the restrictions placed on us during certain Alert Levels we may not be able to offer our full level of service & facilities. We apologise for this and would like to get back to offering you, our valued guest our full level of service as soon as we can. We must all be patient.
Covid-19 Cancellation Policy
We are now offering a “Book with Confidence Guarantee”.
If you have to cancel your booking as a result of a COVID-19 related issue, no cancellation or penalty fee will apply if cancelled at least 24 hours prior to the arrival time of 2pm on the expected day of arrival, and you will receive a full refund. You will find hand sanitiser dispensers located outside the entrance to all our main communal facilities. Please use it as often as you need to and if you find a dispenser needing attention or a refill please let one of the team know as soon as you can. We want you to be safe.
Disinfectant & paper towels
We have made available spray bottles of disinfectant and disposable paper towels in all our communal areas. Please wipe down all surface areas before and after use. We want you to be safe.
On top of our regular thorough cleaning regime we are doing extra cleaning around the Holiday Park. This includes spraying down the playground, trampoline, picnic tables, outside surfaces etc with an antiviral disinfectant. If you think we have missed something please let one of the team know. We want you to be safe.
Sorry, during all alert levels we are unable to allow any visitors into the Holiday Park. Please respect this condition of stay as we want to keep all our registered guests safe & well.

Copy of passport/NZ Drivers licence
Please don’t be offended if we ask to take a copy of your passport or drivers licence. We are following ‘best practice’ advice as directed by the Government.
Please respect our request for everyone to adhere to the social distancing rule of 2 metres between guests who aren't in your travelling party. You can still sit back and enjoy a yarn with your fellow travellers – just remember the 2 metre rule. We want you to be safe.
Regular Hand Washing
We are all encouraged to wash our hands with soap regularly for at least 20 seconds and to dry thoroughly. Please do so. We want you to be safe.
We have a selection of COVID-19 signs located around the Holiday Park. Please follow the guidelines suggested. We want you to be safe.
